This past weekend I attended a combined birthday party for a brother & sister. Pop Pop Balloon did an outstanding job with a “1st Birthday” cake-smash backdrop for him, and a bounce house decorated in a coordinating theme for the three year old. FAQs
How long will my balloon garland last?
Although Balloons are always subject to popping and leaking in any conditions.
For inside events, a garland will look fresh for about a week and can last up to three+ weeks.
For outdoor events darker color balloons have an increased chance of popping - especially in direct sunlight. It is strongly recommended to have them under shade. Lighter colors outside have much less of a chance. Outdoor balloons can will look fresh for 1-2 days and can last up to three+ weeks depending on the weather.
Do you come back and take the decorations down?
We do not come back unless a rental item is included.
If you would like any non-rental items to be taken down after your event we offer a takedown service starting at $100.
What is your deposit/cancelation policy?
Once you have approved the decorations for your event you will need to provide a 25 % deposit to book that day and time. You can cancel for a full refund three weeks prior to your event. Anything within three weeks of your event will result in the loss of your deposit. This is to cover the cost of the supplies purchased to decorate your event. The remaining balance of your event will be due the day of set up.
What balloons do you use?
At Pop Pop Balloon we only use high-quality latex brands such as Kalisan, Tuftex and Sempertex.
Will you use the decor I already have?
We only handle our own supplies. If you would like our balloons to be placed on a structure you already have it must be set up and ready for the balloons to be installed upon our arrival.
Do you have an installation charge?
All the prices shown include our installation charge of 40%. Outdoor events have an additional 20% due to extra materials and extra time needs for the installation.
